Since August 1st, 2018, ProActive Security Inc. has been providing investigative services for Harassment, Workplace Violence, Wrongdoing, Fact-Finding and other administrative-type investigations under an Investigative Services National Master Standing Offer (NMSO E60ZG-220399-021-ZG).
- Under the ProServices – Standing Offer # E60ZT-152199/092/ZT – We provide Risk Analysis, Risk-based Security Solutions – Threat and Risk Assessment and Security Design Briefs.
- ProActive Security Inc. is an Ontario vendor of Record—Record Agreement 15745. We provide Workplace Investigations into alleged employment-related discrimination and harassment in violation of the OPS Respectful Workplace Policy and conduct investigations into allegations of workplace violence, inappropriate conduct, wrongdoing, and other workplace conflict issues.
- We provide investigative services to the Independent Centre for Harassment Resolution (ICHR), which is part of the RCMP.
Competent Person – Harassment and Workplace Violence Investigations: Mr. Albert Bissonnette has been deemed a 'competent person' under the Canada Labour Code, Part II and Part XX of the Regulations, and Bill C-65.
Administrative Investigations – We have provided more than 101 administrative-type investigations dealing with Harassment and Workplace Violence, Wrongdoing, breach of values and ethics, fraud, theft, security violations and security breaches.
